Chicken and tomato bullion
optional
Cooking oil

Instructions
Dice onion and tomato. Slice Okra.
Heat oil in pan on med-high heat.
Add onions and cook.
Once onions are translucent, add okra to pan. Season to taste with salt & pepper.
When the okra becomes tender, add tomatoes.
Stir in cumin, garlic powder, and bullion (optional).
Cook for at least 2 minutes.
Add water and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and stew for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Optional: Add fresh cilantro
